You could try to take it up with eBay, I guess. Did you pay with Paypal? Could dispute with them, too. I dunno, though, it seems like this this on you, Mike. If he tried to properly pack, shit happens. As much as it sucks. But I'd check any fine print on eBay regarding shipping damage to see if you ...

With some regret, we nixed the Keys for this trip. Omni's really wanted to go back to St. Augustine since our visit there in 2010. We'll drive down there the Friday of that weekend and stay a couple nights at the same B&B as before. On Sunday, we'll head down to Miami for the concert and I've pl...

Good write-up. Something to think about for next week's meal planning. I have way too many onions right now after forgetting my produce delivery order had onions, and buying more at the store.

Yes, I had read horror stories of actually getting approved for disability. It'd been mentioned to me about his situation and I put it off, thinking it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to get approved. Then, a melanoma support group mentioned that it was pretty much automatic when your cancer metas...

I get all my Rx at Walgreens Pharmacy...the info is available on their website. I use it for taxes :) My wife is on disability so almost all of her Rx are 100% covered by her supplemental insurance prescription coverage. Most of her disability income pays for that insurance though. She nets around ...

Ah. I found a similar report on Kroger's website. But the numbers don't match the receipts as far as what insurance covered. :shifty: but the amount we paid is accurate, so this is nice to have for taxes! It covers most RX from last year. I can easily cover the remaining receipts from other pharmaci...

I have precise numbers on what we spent on RX... it would be nice to see what insurance covered without examining each receipt, though! I know it was at least $20,000 for one medication alone.

The Keys may need to be their own trip.

That's sort of what I was reasoning for why not to go this time. We're not flying, we're driving, and Miami is a pretty good haul as it is. And I don't want to plan on too much. Just want to relax 2-3 days and see this show.

You're influencing me back to the Keys for sure.

I'd like to nail down a plan and accomodations this weekend. As long as I can find something refundable/cancellable.

Omni and I, for the first time since our Disney trip in 2013, are planning a short getaway. Our most favoritest musician BT, aka Brian Transeau, EDM royalty/extrordinaire, is producing an orchestral version of his best pieces of the last 20 years. And on March 29, there will be a live performance at...
