Perfect weather to be a linesman :D. 14 degrees bright an DRY.

NEED BUCKETS TO MAKE THESE PREFOM WRAPS OFF. ain't a linesman alive that could do these off hooks, the wraps with pollymerics and iron work are 8 ft long, and you've got to put the Klein clamp 2 ft past that for pulling up. :(
