That threw me also but they say DNA samples were taken so we should have proof it was him.

I can see burial at sea for two or three reasons.

1. Dont want a shrine to him anywhere for the faithful to visit.

2. Dont want to offend the thin skinned Muslims and their religious burial policies.

3. Dont want a possibility of the body being stolen and a burial site becoming a terrorist shrine.

Just another example of why we dont believe our Govt or hardly anything we hear from the Press.

Glad its done, dont see it making much of a difference.

Guess who is going to reach Sainthood for accomplishing this though. Wait, he is way past that already.
